Other than The Waterloo, Backstage is the music venue to check out in Blackpool.
It's a small venue but they love live music and have bands playing in there on a regular basis.
We were there for a band's single launch and absolutely loved the place. There was lots of cool music memorabilia on the walls, there isn't much seating so be prepared to stand, but if you are there for a band you will probably be standing anyway.
The prices for drinks are really reasonable and the staff are really nice.
